Welcome to your self-care reset hub!

The intention for these 10 days is simple:

Make time for one intentional act of self-care in the morning and one intentional act of self-care in the evening from March 10th-19th. That’s it!

Why? Because lately, I’ve been seeing how even small acts of self-care add up, and I want to keep that momentum going—so why not do it together? 💓

I also know how much the other relationships in our life can bloom when we reconnect to ourselves.

And it’s the perfect time of year for it. Spring is often associated with ‘rebirth’ in nature, and so it’s a great invitation to have a ‘reset’ with our habits.

Please know this reset isn’t about being rigid with ourselves. It’s about carving out time and space (even if only a few minutes a day) to fill our own cups. If you miss a day, that’s okay! Come back to this when you can. Progress > perfection.
